Return Eligibility

We accept returns within [15/30] days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • It matches the condition you received it

Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., underwear, clearance items).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted/clearance items

  • Underwear and personal wear (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
